About the Role

We're hiring motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing Medical Billing team. As a Medical Billing Executive, you will manage patient billing data, process insurance claims, and support our revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients.

This is an entry-level position - no prior experience in medical billing or BPO is required. We provide complete, structured training to ensure you're job-ready from Day 1.

What You'll Do

• Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• Process and submit medical claims accurately and on time
• Follow up on pending, denied, or rejected claims
• Maintain billing records and update databases
• Coordinate with team leads on daily targets and quality standards
• Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines at all times

Who Can Apply

• ✅ Any Degree or Diploma accepted - B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, Diploma - all welcome
• ✅ Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• ✅ Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
• ✅ Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
• ✅ Ability to work full-time, on-site in Kakinada
• ✅ No prior BPO or medical billing experience needed
