About the Role
We're hiring motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing Medical Billing team. As a Medical Billing Executive, you will manage patient billing data, process insurance claims, and support our revenue cycle operations for healthcare clients.
This is an entry-level position - no prior experience in medical billing or BPO is required. We provide complete, structured training to ensure you're job-ready from Day 1.
What You'll Do
- Enter and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Process and submit medical claims accurately and on time
- Follow up on pending, denied, or rejected claims
- Maintain billing records and update databases
- Follow data privacy and compliance guidelines at all times
Who Can Apply
- Any Degree or Diploma accepted - B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, Diploma
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Kakinada
